Vodka company Svedka has reportedly pulled out as sponsors of Lindsay Lohan’s 21st birthday party in Las Vegas.

The Mean Girls actress, who has attended Alcoholics Anonymous in the past, had teamed up with the drinks company for her glitzy two-day bash on 2 July, but it appears Svedka has had second thoughts about their involvement in the celebrations, according to the New York Daily News.

Other sponsors for the landmark birthday celebrations include Pure nightclub, Caesars Palace and the Social House restaurant at Treasure Island.

The Britney Spears and Ryan Phillippe bathroom hookup report is fake claims their representatives. Last week gossips claimed the pair enjoyed a steamy tryst in a nightclub toilet reports Contact Music.

The single stars reportedly hooked up at trendy Los Angeles night spot Les Deux. The National Enquirer claims “Britney had her arms around him”, before the pair sneaked to the toilets and bodyguards “busted in the door and found Britney and Ryan groping and kissing”.

Spears and Phillippe are currently in the middle of divorce battles with their respective estranged spouses Kevin Federline and Reese Witherspoon.

Jordan Sparks wins American Idol

LOS ANGELES – The big voice overwhelmed the beatbox Wednesday night as Jordin Sparks was crowned the newest and youngest “American Idol.”

Sparks, 17, of Glendale, Ariz., prevailed over Blake Lewis, 25, of Bothell, Wash., after a triumphant performance Tuesday that wowed the show’s judges and viewers who gave her a majority of the record 74 million votes cast.

“Mom, Dad, I love you,” Sparks, the daughter of retired NFL player Phillippi Sparks, said tearfully after a bear hug from Lewis. Sparks ended the show by singing her new single, “This is My Now.”

Britney Spears seems to have a wig for every mood, and her latest blonde mop showed she was looking for fun.

Arriving at a studio in Los Angeles ready for a recording session, Spears was in high spirits, smiling and laughing for the cameras.

The pop star arrived in a bright yellow 60s shift dress which revealed a little more than most – Spears has obviously resumed her preference for stepping out bra free.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge sentenced socialite Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail on May 4, for violating her probation.

Hilton was put on probation after an alcohol related reckless driving offence earlier this year. Judge Michael Sauer strictly cast off Hilton’s defence that she was misinformed about her license status and ordered the 26-year-old to report to a county detention facility on June 5.

Britney Spears Comeback on Stage

Britney Spears surprised over a thousand people Tuesday night with her first comeback performance.

The pop star shocked people at the House of Blues in San Diego when she came out on stage and performed for over fifteen minutes.

She played five of her biggest hits including “Hit Me Baby One More Time”, “Toxic” and “I’m A Slave For You.”

Britney stepped out on stage in a brunette wig, a pink bustier, white skirt and white fur coat.

Her last major performance was in June of 2004 Dublin, Ireland, which was cut short when she injured her knee.

She is currently working on a new album.
