Lindsay Lohan attended the star studded launch party of LG’s slim LCD flatscreen line of TVs, Scarlet, at Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood, CA, Monday night, April 28.

She wowed in an empire waist blue top, and a pleated blue and white short skirt with bubble hem. The top had white straps and a plunging neckline that was jaw dropping.

Lindsay Lohan accessorized in all white – shoulder bags, pumps and bangles. Her long blond tresses, dark at the crown and the lighter at the bottom, were set in large vertical waves.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z arrived at Scarsdale Village Hall shortly after it opened at 9 a.m on Tuesday to get their marriage license. “It was just the two of them,” an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. “They were very polite and smiling as they filled out the paperwork. They were holding hands for a while. They looked really happy.”

Could their happiness be because the longtime couple is finally putting the constant wedding and split rumors to rest? Although a rep for Beyoncé, 26, had no comment and a rep for Jay-Z, 38, could not be reached, the courthouse trip is the first real indication that the pair – who first started dating in 2002 – will walk down the aisle.

Rumors of a wedding have long followed the couple, and Beyoncé has admitted to thinking about how it would happen. “I don’t know when I’ll want to get married,” she told Cosmopolitan in January 2006. “I never pictured myself as a bride, but after my sister’s wedding, I did start thinking about what kind of wedding I’d want. I don’t think I want a big one.”

A year later, she told InStyle, “Maybe me and my man will go away to an island; maybe we’ll go to a church. I have no idea.”

Madonna sleeps with Blackberry

MADONNA has confessed she and husband Guy Richie are so busy they sleep with Blackberrys under their pillow in case they need it during the night.

The musician revealed to Elle magazine she her director husband need access to the handheld gadgets at all times of the day and night, according to The Daily Mirror. Madonna reportedly said: “We lie right next to each other with our Blackberrys under our pillows.” She joked: “Well, it’s romantic because we can talk to our lovers while we lie right next to each other.

“But it’s not unromantic. It’s practical. I’m sure loads of couples have their Blackberrys in bed with them. “I have to sleep with my Blackberry because I often wake up in the middle of the night and remember that I’ve forgotten something, so I jump up and make notes.”

But the 49-year-old mother-of-three insisted her sex life with Guy is incredible and said their strong personalities have kept a healthy balance throughout their seven-year marriage. She said: “I had to marry someone as tough as me. Guy’s definitely tough, he doesn’t give in.

“But he’s obviously been put in front of me to teach me things and vice versa. I had to marry a challenge because otherwise I would just get bored. Whatever else Guy is, he’s never boring.”
